Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS)

Do you need some support?  Maybe some fellowship?  Or perhaps just a yummy breakfast you didn’t make yourself?  MOPS is a wonderful resource for any mom looking for fellowship and support from other moms.

We meet on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month during the school year, from 9:30-11:45 in the Christian Life Center on Harding Avenue near Patrick Henry Drive.  We begin our time with breakfast and a devotional and then hear from a speaker or do activities that relate to our theme.

While moms are enjoying their time together, our children (ages 6 months to 5 years old) enjoy the MOPPETS program.  The children are grouped by age and learn about God’s love through the many activities including crafts, free play, music and story times, all under supervision of energetic and compassionate caregivers – generally students from Virginia Tech.
