Emmaus

Purpose of Emmaus:

The objective of Emmaus is to inspire, challenge, and equip local church members for Christian action in their homes, churches, and places of work.  Emmaus lifts up a way for our grace-filled lives to be lived and shared with others.

The Men of Emmaus  have the following reunion meetings at Blacksburg United Methodist Church (BUMC):

MOE 1 meets Wednesday evenings from approximately 7:00-9:00 pm in the Dan Kite Chapel.

MOE 2 meets Sunday evening at 8:00 pm in the Dan Kite Chapel.

MOE 3 meets Tuesday evening at 6:00 pm in the Dan Kite Chapel.

The NRV Emmaus website provides information about local happenings in the New River Valley for the Emmaus groups.

The national Emmaus website has information about the national program and will provide resources to find an Emmaus group.
