United Methodist Women Invite You to Share Our Fellowship And Ministry

The Purpose: The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

President's Message:
United Methodist Women
The United Methodist Women (UMW) is a fellowship of women whose purpose is to know God, to develop a creative, supportive fellowship, and to expand concepts of missions through participation in the global ministries of the church. The UMW general meetings for this fall are scheduled for September 4 at 12:30 p.m., October 2 at 7:00 p.m., November 13 at 11:30 a.m., and December 4 at 11:30 a.m.
We don't normally meet in January, February, and November.

The June meeting is a luncheon at Mt. Lake. Details of each meeting will be advertised in the church bulletin and the Living Echoes (newsletter).

Programs for the meetings are varied and reflect the many interests and concerns found within the membership. Our Purpose clearly says that the UMW is to be a fellowship of women seeking to know and to serve God through participating in mission efforts locally, nationally, and internationally. We seek to be supportive of each other and of the entire community of faith.

We would like to invite all the women of the church to attend a meeting. A warm welcome is waiting for all. Babysitting is provided and transportation can be arranged.
